Classic massage.

Classic massage: anthroposophical method developed by Dr. Ita Wegman that is based on rhythmic massage, the human being is made up of four "constituent elements": the physical body (visible body), the etheric body (vital forces), the astral body (sensations, consciousness, desires) and the "I" (center of personality). Human beings are healthy if these four building blocks are in harmony. The muscles and connective tissue are treated using various massage techniques (caresses, kneading, applause). The rhythm is found in the massage in the passages from one manipulation to another as well as in the organization of the entire course of treatment. Tensions and contractures are released, respiration and digestion are positively influenced with the aim of appeasing or stimulating, but especially also the warming and improvement of circulatory disorders. In case of disease, the balance of these elements must be restored. To this end, I balance the physical and psychic functions.

Plantar Reflexology.

It is based on the principle that each organ, gland, physiological function corresponds to a specific area or point of the body. A work on these points allows to locate tensions and imbalances with the aim of restoring the good circulation of vital energy. It is a technique that uses the REFLEX form, as well as Shiatsu or Acupuncture. Plantar reflexology releases the body's self-regulating faculties. It is based on thefact that the foot, which has 7200 nerve endings, is the miniature representation of the human body. Each zone reflects and corresponds to an organ, a gland, or a specific part of the body. The rhythmic pressures applied to these reflex zones help to locate tensions and restore balance in the corresponding body parts. Reflexology is especially used to relax (stress is the source of many physical and psychological dysfunctions), to activate blood and lymphatic circulation, mobilize waste, stimulate ammunition and regulate the nervous system. It also helps prevent, alleviate, or even eliminate a host of disorders and promote self-regulation. The body thus finds balance and harmony in a natural way.

Who is reflexology for? We live in an increasingly anxious society : it is the race for abundance, performance, and social success. Our professional and personal lifestyles are increasingly a source of ongoing anxiety, frustration, and stress. Many professionals and organizations like the WHO (World Health Organization) have warned about the perverse effects of chronic stress on the body. Stress is involved in 90% of diseases as an aggravating or triggering factor. Chronic stress in the workplace generates 70% of illnesses. Reflexology is especially aimed at people who feel stressed or tired, who are looking for a source of well-being and relaxation. Due to its adaptability, reflexology can be practiced to any age and in all circumstances: men, women, pregnant women (from the fourth month), children, babies, without age limit. The reflexologist will adapt her pressure and the duration of the sessions according to the age and the state of health of each one. However, reflexology is contraindicated in the following cases: circulatory disorders, phlebitis, thrombophlebitis, recent cardiac disorders, inflammation, sprain,. Trauma of the foot, first trimester of pregnancy.
